Love coming here for happy hour, but the crowd can definitely be a mixed bag. It's a popular after work spot and can get packed quickly at the bar area. Slightly overpriced but makes sense because of its location. The staff is super friendly and attentive.

Came here for a group dinner. Was able to make a last minute Friday night reservation for a group of 7. Place has a nice speakeasy type of ambience. Elevated. Drinks were well made. Food was surprisingly tasty. Surprised this place wasn't busier on a Friday night, but I'd definitely come back.

The Bar Room is an amazing experience from start to finish, and it is very easy to see why it is such a popular spot! Come for the cocktails (our highlights were the Jalisco espresso martini and Infante - everything on the massive selection of beverages is incredible), and stay for the food, ambiance, and service. Every bite we had was marvelous and all of the staff are super nice! I recommend this place really highly and will be coming back very soon! All of the staff were incredible and really made the experience much more enjoyable!! Thank you so much!

The bar room is a beautiful establishment with a quality team. The food always smells fantastic. Siobhan behind the bar is always very personable, funny, and attentive whenever I or my friends come by, on top of that she's very good at improvising cocktails or making one to the letter. She's a great credit to the team. Looking forward to our next visit

Always a required visit when in the city. Stumbled in one afternoon, per chance, no I had not a prior adult beverage! Just admiring the architecture on the side streets and found myself transported to another place and time Cheers to surprises!

My hunny brought me here for the first time the other day and it was amazing. He got the burger (medium) and I had the fish & chips. The burger taste wise was great, however , it looked more medium rare than medium. Also, my fish and chips were great but the cod could have used a little seasoning. It was however cooked to perfection. The ambiance is wonderful and perfect for an intimate setting or date night. We couldn't stay too late but before we left , they dimmed the lights in the restaurant which just added more character to the overall setting. Our initial server was good but about midway through we had another server catering to us which I didn't mind. The bill was around $99 for both of us. Me and my hunny plan on making this one of our regular eating places. I'm definitely looking forward to going back.

It hourly enjoyed this elegant ambiance when meeting a friend for a work related lunch on Friday. The happy hour drink and food menu starts early at 3:00 PM! Great prices. Good food. Attentive and friendly staff. And all the cute decorative feels. This is a must go to restaurant and bar! Highly recommend.

We were going to go to a nearby restaurant, but they didn't have any space so we ended up at the Bar Room. We were able to walk in and be seated and they had plenty of seating. The dining area in the back has great lighting and ambiance, but the food was only okay. I would go back if I am in the area but I wouldn't go out of my way to come back.

We stopped in for brunch on a Sunday before the theater. Although the brunch menu was not huge, there were enough choices so that everyone can find something. I started off with a cup of tea. They had a nice selection. I ordered the wild mushroom omelette. It contained aged cheddar and the combination was great. Rather than toast, the accompaniment was salad. It was really good with a lite refreshing dressing. I wish that hey had put a bit more salad on the plate. The seating is in the back room. Although there aren't too many tables, when it got filled up, it was quite noisy. It was bright and airy in the back room. They had a large skylight to brighten the place during the day. Our waitress was very nice and the service was very good. When in New York, we will stop by again.

Came for a private event so that's what this review is gonna be based off of. They separated the back area of the dining room with a curtain so the noise from the rest of the dining room and bar still permeates the private area. The drinks were well made and service was great. The menu was balanced and had a lot of great options. The appetizers I actually liked more than the entrees but everything was solid. Would come back !
